Ensoniq ASR-10: TR808 Kit
The most famous Drum Machine of them all! ..Roland's 1980 classic TR-808! Meticulously recorded through a Neve 1073 Pre-Amp via Mogami Gold cables, into the converters of the original MPC3000! Then, those sounds, are imported into the ASR-10, for a custom 'fit and configuration' into a native 'ASR-10 Instrument'. This way, you get a reproduction of an original 808 that utilizes the analog to digital converters inside the MPC3000 for a slightly different sonic signature.
Digital downloadable file includes:
A folder containing a .TXT instruction file, plus a SCSI image file that you can copy on to your SCSI removable media. Contained within that image, is an ASR Instrument containing 32 individually Sampled sounds 5x Kicks, 4x Snares, 3x Closed Hats, 3x Open Hats, 4x Cymbals, 1x Rim Shot, 3x Claps, 1x Low Tom, 1x Mid Tom, 1x Hi Tom, 1x Low Conga, 1x Mid Conga, 1x Hi Conga, 1x Cow Bell, 1x Clave and 1x Maraca. All trimmed and positioned to bring a convincing 808 experience to your ASR!
