Akai S6000: Alesis HR16
All 49 percussion sounds from the 1987 Drum Machine debut by Alesis.. the HR-16, which can be spotted on Daft Punk's Homework album!
Meticulously recorded through a Neve 1073 Pre-Amp via Mogami Gold Cables into the converters of an original MPC3000, which many claim to be, the 'best sounding' MPC.
Those sounds were then loaded into the S6000 for a custom fit and configuration into a native AKP Program. This way, you're playing original HR16 Drums that utilize, arguably, the best converters in the MPC legacy to offer a rich tone baked into the character of these classic Drum sounds.

A folder containing a '.txt' instruction file, the '.AKP' (Akai Program File) along with 49x WAV files, that you can paste directly onto a USB Drive* and load into your 4000, Z8, Z4 or compatible MPC, such as a Renaissance, MPC5000 etc.
Sounds include: 10x Kicks, 7x Snares, 5x Toms, 2x Congas, 5x Hats, 3x Cymbals, Hand Claps, 2x Wood Blocks, Clave, Finger Snap, Tamborine, Triangle, 2x Maracas, 2x Cow Bells and more. All cropped and positioned to provide your MPC a realistic HR16 experience.
