Logic X Sampler: TR626 Kit
Roland's TR-626 Drum Machine from 1987 ..very much, half a TR707 and half TR505. Used on countless House & Techno records. Meticulously recorded through a Neve 1073 Pre-Amp via Mogami Gold cables into the converters of the original Akai MPC3000. Then those sounds 'dumped' into the EXS24, for a custom 'fit and configuration' into a native Logic Pro X 'EXS24 Instrument'. This way, you get a reproduction of an original 626 that utilizes the analog to digital converters inside the MPC3000 for a punchier footprint!

A folder containing a '.txt' instruction file, plus a SCSI image file that you can copy on to your SCSI removable media. Contained within that image, is an ASR Instrument containing 30 individually Sampled sounds 2x Kicks, 3x Snares, 1x Rim Shot, 2x Low Toms, 2x Mid Toms, 2x Hi Toms, 1x Closed Hat, 1x Open Hat, 1x Cow Bell, 1x Tambourine, 1x Low Agogo, 1x Low Timbale, 1x Hi Agogo, 1x Hi Timbale, 1x Low Conga, 1x Hand Clap, 1x Open Hi Conga, 1x Shaker, 1x Mute Hi Conga, 1x Claves, 1x Crash Cymbal, 1x China Cymbal, 1x Ride Cymbal and 1 Cup Cymbal. Cropped and MIDI mapped to the same specification of an original 626!
