Ableton Sampler: TR626 Kit
Roland's TR-626 Drum Machine from 1987 ..very much, half a TR707 and half TR505. Used on countless House & Techno records. Meticulously recorded through a Neve 1073 Pre-Amp via Mogami Gold cables into the converters of the original Akai MPC3000. Then those sounds 'dumped' into Ableton's 'Sampler', for a custom mapped configuration. This way, you get a reproduction of an original 626 that utilizes the 'analog to digital' converters inside the MPC3000 for a punchier sonic signature!
